SRM are recruiting for an Injection Mould Operator

SRM industries, a leading manufacturing of rubber mouldings with a large prestigious client base, are looking for Rubber Injection Production Operatives to join their dynamic expanding Injection Moulding team.

Job Requirements

Required skills: an eye for detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a good timekeeping and attendance record, good attitude and willingness to learn and effectively contribute to the everyday running with the team.

Training: Previous machine operator experience is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided. Our extensive training programme provides our staff with a wide and varied knowledge and skill set, with a career path, further opportunity, and salary progression.

Working hours: 40 hours per week worked between an alternate two shift system of; 6.00am till 2.00pm and 2.00pm till 10.00pm Monday to Friday at our site in Hatton, Derbyshire. (Usual contracted hours) (We may require flexibility with shifts)
