Rubber Moulded Liners, Sheets and Sleeves

With over 40 years experience producing rubber moulded liners, sheets and sleeves we have a wealth of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the individual rubber compounds.

Rubber liners are used to insulate valves, pipes and containers. They protect against corrosion, and act to minimize contamination.

The liner material is dependent on the contents it comes into contact with. EPDM, nitrile and Viton are the most common materials used for rubber lining, covering the water, oil and the chemical industries respectively.

These products are usually in sheet format however smaller products can be moulded to allow different profiling and a more resilient bond.

Rubber Sheeting is also used for flooring for sound deadening or to create an anti-slip surface.
