RUBBER MOULDED BUSHES

At SRM we manufacture compression and injection rubber moulded bushes in a broad range of compounds from Nitrile for when oil is present to Viton for chemical resistance.

We cater for small volume one-off supply using single cavity prototype tooling, through to high volume multi-impression injection tooling, capable of manufacturing thousands in any one production run.

Bushes are used to remove space and offer support within a product for example they are used in teleporters or diggers to offer anti-vibration.

Typical industries include

• Construction - in the manufacture of construction vehicles
• Marine - in the manufacture of ships, stopping engine vibration between metal surfaces
