Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator

Temporary approx.12 Months Maternity Cover to start 14th May 2018

Being part of the sales team, this role provides support to our Sales Director to maximise the customer experience and our sales potential.

The key element of this role is to complete all sales administration including;

  • New enquiry processing
  • Preparing and logging quotations
  • Providing up to date costings to customers
  • Collating information for the sales director
  • Providing information and liaising with departments
  • Completing customer happiness surveys
  • Management of tool breakdown reports and core breakages
  • Customer services
  • Preparations and support at exhibitions

The successful person will be well organised with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an excellent level of service both internally and externally. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential and a background in sales/office administration is desirable.

Working hours: 8.45am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am-3.45pm Friday

Salary: £18,000 per annum
